Juliette Smith Relationship Coach
For the past ten years I have run my own coaching company and supported hundreds of individuals and couples who chose coaching because they wanted a happier life. I have also coached an array of senior leaders and teams in blue chip and international companies, as well as not-for-profit organisations, towards effective and rewarding professional relationships.
I have been a Relationship Coach for much of my life in one way or another. Since school, friends have said Im a good listener who they can rely on for sound advice and guidance particularly regarding relationship problems. In my former career in the not-for-profit as a Director, I enjoyed facilitating the development of my teams so much, I knew professional coaching was what I wanted to do.
Im passionate about people learning about and from them. I am intuitive, insightful, and deeply caring and my relationship coaching reflects that. However, I am not afraid to be honest and if that means being tough, I can be challenging (albeit supportively) if I feel its in the best interest of my clients.
Professional Relationship Coaching
I trained and earned my credentials as a Professional Co-Active Coach with the US based Coaches Training Institute and as an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach with the Center for Right Relationship. Since the 1990s I have taken a number of other personal and professional training courses including Insight Seminars, CTI Leadership Training, Emotional Competence and the Team Diagnostic Assessment. I also have a Masters Level Postgraduate Diploma in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey. Any coach worth their salt will be coached regularly, have professional supervision and have a high level of personal awareness. I am committed to my own personal and professional development and have regular coaching and supervision. I have also experienced being a relationship coaching client.
Advice and Guidance to Improve your Relationships
The one thing all my clients have had in common is a desire to improve their relationships, whether learning to deal with a difficult boss; giving a team constructive feedback or talking sensitively to a spouse about relationship problems. We are ALL involved in relationships every day and the joy, relief or amazement I often see in my clients reminds me that relationship coaching is the most valuable way I can spend my professional life.
Whether you have marriage problems, need any type of relationship support or would like personal or team coaching, it would be worth you and I talking. Although I have extensive training, experience and knowledge together with a wide variety of qualifications, the best way you can decide if I am the right coach for you is just to pick up the phone and talk to me. Youll know instinctively if the chemistry is right.
