I'm a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Coach and Counsellor and can help you transform your relationship with the support you need.

We will begin with an informal conversation where I discover more about you, the issues you're facing and what you're looking for. No two individuals and no two couples are the same, so my work with you will be unique to you.

My relationship coaching includes in-depth questioning techniques, facilitated dialogues, psycho-education and teaching communication skills. I will arm you with invaluable skills, tools and strategies and will help you learn more about yourself and your partner.

We will focus on solutions and the future but we won't ignore the past, if it's stopping you from moving forwards. Consequently, in just a few conversations, you will learn how to overcome your relationship problems and have the relationship you desire.

My work with individuals and couples is unique because of my rare combination of training and experience. I call on my 25 years experience working with clients; my extensive relationship coaching, facilitation, counselling and couples therapy training, my years of personal development and my own personal experience as a counselling and coaching client.
