Online Courses
Practical courses to help you understand yourself, change unhelpful patterns and build stronger relationships — in your own time and at your own pace.
Where should you start?
Both courses begin with understanding yourself — that’s the ground everything else stands on.
Confidence Through Self-Awareness stays with that inner work of helping you understand your own thoughts, emotions and reactions and goes deeper into it to help you build real confidence.
Transform Your Relationship builds on the same foundation, then moves into the relationship itself, helping you understand your partner more deeply and create stronger connections with the people who matter most.
Confidence Through Self-Awareness
Confidence Through Self-Awareness is where this work starts — privately, at your own pace. It’s a good beginning if you’re not ready for coaching, or your partner isn’t joining you yet. Either way, you can begin on your own.
Discover why you think, feel and react as you do, recognise the beliefs and protective patterns influencing you, and learn how to respond with greater confidence and choice.
Choose this course if you want to begin with yourself — whether it’s your relationship, your family or your work that’s on your mind. Change can begin with you.

Start with Self-Awareness Now
Transform Your Relationship launches in autumn 2026. There’s no need to wait: start with the Self-Awareness Course now, and if you move on to the Relationship Course later, you won’t pay twice for the overlapping content.
Transform Your Relationship
Coming Autumn 2026
Transform Your Relationship is for people who want to move from understanding themselves into changing the patterns in their relationships. It gives you the whole approach to work through in your own time, with practical insight you can apply to real conversations and everyday moments.
Understand what keeps happening in your relationship and learn how to create greater emotional safety, communicate more effectively and build a calmer, stronger connection.
Choose this course if you want a structured approach to improving the relationship itself, even if you are taking it on your own.

Frequently asked questions
What is Self-Awareness and why does it matter?
Self-awareness is the ability to notice and understand what’s happening inside you — your thoughts, emotions, reactions, habits, and patterns — rather than running on autopilot.
It matters because the more aware you are of what’s influencing you internally, the more choice you have in how you respond. Instead of reacting automatically, understanding why you think, feel, or behave the way you do can help you communicate and manage emotions more confidently, break old patterns, and build the kind of relationships you want.
What happens if I start with Confidence Through Self-Awareness and later want to take Transform Your Relationship?
You can move on to Transform Your Relationship when it becomes available.
The relationship course includes two of the three modules from Confidence Through Self-Awareness, because understanding yourself is an important foundation for understanding what happens between two people. It then builds on that foundation and explores relationship dynamics in much greater depth.
You wont pay twice for material you have already covered if you do both courses. Details of how to claim your £90 discount on Transform Your Relationship will be provided at the end of Confidence Through Self-Awareness, and you’ll continue to have access to the full self-awareness course.
When will Transform Your Relationship be available?
Transform Your Relationship is planned for autumn 2026. You can register your interest now by clicking the “Find out more” button above, and I will let you know when more information and enrolment become available.
Do I need my partner to take part?
No. Both courses can be taken on your own. Confidence Through Self-Awareness is entirely focused on understanding yourself more clearly so you can change how you communicate, respond and make decisions. Transform Your Relationship is designed to help you understand and change relationship patterns, whether or not your partner is taking the course with you.
Do I get to work with you personally, Juliette?
You can take the course independently, in your own time, or choose to work with me privately if you would value more personalised support. Our work is tailored to you, and all current clients receive access to Confidence Through Self-Awareness alongside their sessions. I work with a limited number of clients at any one time, so availability can vary.
How are these courses different from self-help books, podcasts or AI?
Books, podcasts and AI can all offer valuable ideas, but they often leave you to work out what applies to you and how to put it into practice. These courses guide you through a carefully structured, step-by-step process, using video lessons, reflective exercises, practical tools and downloadable guides to help you recognise your own patterns and apply what you learn to your everyday life and relationships.
If you’ve ever read a self-help book, listened to a podcast or asked AI a question and found yourself thinking, “I understand this — so why do I still keep reacting in the same ways?”, these courses were created for exactly that gap.
Optional AI prompts are included too, but as a way to deepen your reflection rather than replace the learning itself.
Are these courses suitable if I’m completely new to this — or if I’ve already done a lot of work on myself?
Yes. You don’t need any previous experience of counselling, coaching or relationship work. The courses are clear, practical and easy to follow, and you can work through them at your own pace.
If you’ve already spent a lot of time understanding yourself, they can help you bring together what you know, recognise patterns that may still be playing out and turn insight into more consistent change.
What if I’m just not very good at relationships?
Struggling in relationships does not mean there is something wrong with you or that you are incapable of having a good one. Most of us develop patterns of reacting, protecting ourselves and communicating long before we understand them. These courses are designed to help you make sense of those patterns without judgement, so you can begin making different choices.
Would you prefer more individual support?
If you’d rather work through what is happening with support tailored to you, you can explore coaching and counselling with me.
